Here’s some info that might help you answer your questions, make a reservation, and help us make sure you have a mad time.
dietary requirements
All dietary requirements can be catered for but depending on the requests options may be limited. Make a note at the time of booking if you have specific requirements and we’ll make sure you are looked after. Check the menus
diner numbers
Changes in numbers for reservations happen more often than not.
This can affect our service, timing and bottom line. Because of this we have instituted a policy for reductions in numbers, and arrival of extra guests on the day without prior notice. If you need to adjust numbers please call, if we miss it you can send a text.
We will only use this when absolutely necessary and appreciate your understanding.
dining time
We allow 1.5 - 2 hrs for all reservations. Please do not reserve a table if your dining time is under 1.5hrs.
We keep space for walk-ins so try your luck if you have less than 1.5hrs to dine with us.
If you are going to the theatre make sure to leave time for arrival, payment and the walk over.
If you have a restricted dining time or are going to the theatre let us know before you arrive and we will make it happen.
If you arrive late for your reservation and have a restricted time we will suggest how and what to order to get you out in time.
seating and arrival
We take reservations for the dining room and plaza. Please check what area you have booked when making a reservation.
We do not have a bar or space for early arrivals. In most cases your table will be ready by your booking time, however you may need to wait a few minutes as we reset your table.
We do not have high chairs and are happy to accommodate prams and wheelchair accessible bookings with prior notice.
When booking the dining room you may be seated at a high table. If you require a low seat please make a note on your reservation.
The plaza is outdoors. This is undercover and heated however it is not completely weather resistant. In the event of bad weather we cannot guarantee you a seat inside, although we will try our best to communicate and accommodate where possible. This includes if the weather changes during your reservation.
cancellations
We need 24 hours notice to cancel for most reservations.
Groups are a little different and will show in the terms on the booking widget. Make sure you give them a read
